Toujours avec la pate à choux et aujourd'hui nous allons préparer des carrés au chocolat
la pate déja cuite

on la fourre avec la créme fraiche ou la créme patissiére
On l'enrobe du chocolat noir fondu des deux cotés
Et tout cela en images comme de cotume
